Application Form for a Subscription for the Cucurbit Genetics Cooperative
You may either pay through:
  1. Google Checkout on line, or
  2. by U.S. bank check, U.S. money order, or international money order (see instructions below)
Remittance:
$30 U.S. for CGC 2005/06 (Volumes 28 & 29 under one cover).
$20 U.S. per year (volume) beginning 2007 for surface mail delivery of the annual CGC.
Pay for up to three years (volumes) at the current rate.
